New Release from Shane and Shane - The Worship Initiative Tuesday, April 28, 2015 Last year, worship duo Shane and Shane released ten volumes of songs as well as a Christmas album as part of The Worship Initiative, their online resource for the church, created to help equip worship leaders and musicians to lead, through both musical and spiritual training. Partnering with Fair Trade Services, they have just released a brand new album, The Worship Initiative, which showcases 10 well-known worship favorites performed in their own distinct style, as well as 2 of their originals. “We love this record,” Shane Everett says. “We want to set the table for people to experience the Lord on a daily basis. These patches are made up of the Trilian patches that Peter has used over the years. These patches are all pre "No Other Name" days. They were featured all over the Hillsong United Zion album and other albums from Hillsong and United. If you aren't familiar with Trilian, it's another software synth from Spectrasonics, the makers of Omnisphere. Omnisphere is the synth you hear so much about in Worship, but with this collection Peter shows Trilian can hold it's own in a Worship setting. Combined with Ominsphere, Trilian gives you the complete package if you're looking for great synth sounds for worship.
