David Baloche is a NYC-based high school rhetoric teacher. He grew up in Texas surrounded by music: his mother singing harmonies into his ears on Sunday mornings, his father drilling music theory, his teachers instilling a love of classical music. Over the years, his curiosity led him to pick up guitar, bass, piano, trumpet, horn, clarinet, and anything else he could get his hands on. When not teaching, David composes for film/television and writes folk songs.
