Dove award winning worship artist Kari Jobe has announced that she will be releasing a new album in 2017, following up on her critically acclaimed 2014 release, Majestic. We are excited to bring you the MultiTracks from the album's two pre-released singles, "The Cause of Christ" and "Heal Our Land." "The Cause of Christ" is an incredible new song that captures a desire that Jesus would be our greatest passion and that our lives would bring Him glory as we surrender to His will and make His name known to all the world. Kari shares, "This song was birthed because the cause of Jesus Christ is the greatest cause we could ever have and which we could ever hear. Nothing else compares to Him and nothing should take His place in our lives."
Kari's second new single, "Heal Our Land" was drawn from 2 Chronicles 7:14 and it cries out to God for His restoration and healing, proclaiming His mercy and acknowledging just how much we need Him. "I'm so thankful that no matter what happens on this earth, Jesus is our eternity," she says. "One day, we'll be joined with our Savior who died for our sins and our brokenness. And when I take a moment to think of His heart and how He sees things — how He desires to return for us and remove all pain and sickness in our lives — it fills my heart with hope.
