New MultiTracks from Aaron Shust's Doxology

CATEGORIES: News, Home Page, New Releases
Dove Award winning artist Aaron Shust has released a brand new worship album titled Doxology.  It was inspired by his current role as Worship Leader in his Pittsburgh area church.  He shares, "A doxology is a liturgy of praise to God, like a short exaltation at the end of a New Testament letter, or a song sung at the end of a church service. These songs are like a playlist for a praise & worship 'after party' at the end of time, around the Throne, celebrating the crowning of Jesus as King of Kings and Lord of Lords." Doxology was written with the Church in mind and it emphasizes the strength of God.  It captures a feeling of joy and celebration, looking ahead to the day when we will all gather around the throne of God and praise Him as one. The lyrics of "To The Only God" are taken straight from the doxology found at the end of the book of Jude.  This song exalts the Father, praising His name, His sovereignty, and His salvation, "To the only God, our Savior, glory and majesty, power and authority! To the only God, our Savior, You call the sinner, “friend." Your love will never end. Amen, amen amen! Amen, amen amen!"  Aaron partners with fellow Centricity Music artist Lauren Daigle in "Nothing More" inviting God's presence and surrendering all to Him.  With heartfelt sincerity, it offers our complete devotion, claiming, "We want nothing more than You God. We want nothing more."  "Oh Praise (The Only One)" is a modern hymn full of adoration and praise that we belong to God.  The chorus invites worshippers to corporately, "Praise the only One who shines brighter than 10,000 suns. Death and hell call Him victorious. Praise Him. Oh praise the one true king, lift it loud till earth and heaven ring. Every crown we lay down at His feet. Praise Him." To celebrate the release of this incredible new album, we are giving away a free M4A of Aaron performing "Oh Praise (The Only One)" for one week.  Download your copy here through next Thursday, September 10 at 11:59pm and be sure to purchase the rest of the album, now available on iTunes!
