New EP from Lovelite - Hopeful Strangers

CATEGORIES: News, Home Page, New Releases
We are excited to bring you MultiTracks from Southern California pop rock worship band Lovelite which is fronted by husband and wife duo Andrew and Jen Polfer.  The band's new EP Hopeful Strangers utilizes pawn shop synthesizers, worn drums, and programmed beats wrapped in layers of reverb with two voices that paint an image of God's creativity and grace. Dominant synth leads and a steady beat lends a fresh techno-pop sound to the EP's title track, "Hopeful Strangers." The song rejoices in our victorious Savior triumphing over death and freeing us from our sins, "You awaken my soul, where lost men are made whole.  You set us free, our chains fall on the floor."  "Though We Cannot See You" gives an atmospheric profession of our faith as it recognizes that though we cannot see God, He is all around us and is worthy of all of our praise.  "True Believer" richly professes a decision to follow Christ wherever He leads, turning away from the things of this world and standing as a true believer.  Like the other songs on Hopeful Strangers, "True Believer" is full of layers, musical textures, and remarkable vocal harmonies and it offers up worship in a way that is both unique and authentic. We encourage you to pick up this new EP, now available on iTunes! Hopeful Strangers - Lovelite
