MultiTracks Now Available from Invisible by Leeland

CATEGORIES: News, Home Page, New Releases
Multiple GRAMMY and Dove Award nominated worship duo Leeland has released their fifth full-length album, Invisible.  This project was inspired by Philippians 3:12 and includes songs co-written with Darlene Zschech and fellow Bethel Music artists Brian Johnson and Steffany Gretzinger.  It explores themes of identity, joy, and freedom, and expresses the truth of all that Jesus did for us so that we may know Him through an intimate and authentic relationship. "Invisible is a unique record for us," Leeland says. "This album is colorful, it's bright in some parts and in others very dark. It's a very dynamic and emotional record musically for us."  We previously released the MultiTracks for "Invisible," "Carry It All Away," and "Son Was Lifted Up," and now we're excited to share that MultiTracks from the rest of the album are also now available! The album's title track "Invisible" was inspired by the story of Thomas the Apostle.  It focuses on our relationship with an unseen God and offers the realization that He is always with us.  Leeland writes, "I love the story of Thomas, because through it all, Jesus invited Thomas to experience what it meant to truly know Him. He was showing Thomas that He can walk into the room and invite us to experience Him, to tangibly see, hear and feel His nearness to us. But there are also other times, when Jesus invites us into a deeper place of trust and faith not dependent on an experience, but a simple child-like trust and belief in what He has spoken.  To believe when everything around you is saying the opposite, is to walk by faith and not by sight!"  "Perfect Love," which features Steffany Gretzinger, opens from the point of view of the prodigal son.  It emphasizes the perfect and unchanging love of the Father and praises Him for the way He pursues us with His redeeming love.  The chorus praises, "Your perfect love, Your perfect love casts out all fear, casts out all fear," and the song offers a response of our love and devotion to Him, singing, "You never stop chasing the ones You love. Now we’re singing the song You’ve been singing to us."  Also included on the album is a new studio version of "Lion and the Lamb" which was originally released on Bethel Music's latest album, Have It All, and is now being led in churches around the world.  This new arrangement has a dynamic new sound that fans of the song will definitely want to check out.
