Husband-wife duo Austin and Lindsey Adamec have just released their debut self-titled EP which celebrates the presence of God.  Introduced through a microphone, and leading worship on stage together long before becoming a couple, followed by traveling separately supporting their own musical paths, the Adamecs have come to discover they are better together, in life and in music. This new release features anthems that tell the story of personal and spiritual victory. The EP's radio single, "Walk on Waves" was birthed from Austin and Lindsey's deep desperation to fight for their marriage as conflicting schedules threatened to win the battle.  Austin shares, “With endless nights away from each other on the road and a growing whisper in our hearts to root ourselves back in the local church, we were desperate for signs in Scripture that pointed to such a crazy blind faith to step out into the unknown. That’s when the familiar passage of Peter walking on water came to us. In the midst of a massive storm on the Sea of Galilee, Jesus tells Peter to ‘come’ and walk out on the storm-battered waters.” The lyrics of the chorus reflect this kind of faith and a willingness to follow where God is leading, "You call me to deeper waters. You say don’t be afraid to trust where You will lead and walk on waves with You. And though I hear the thunder, You say just have faith to reach out and take Your hand and walk on waves with You." "It Is Finished" emphasizes the hope we have because of Jesus' sacrifice and the power of His final words on the cross.  Austin says, “‘It is finished’ meant that the work of Christ put an end to the striving to earn God’s favor. An end to the fears, worries and all the accolades and trophies we were trying to bring to God. All of our works drown in His grace."  "Maker of Miracles" is a prayerful anthem that will truly resonate with believers.  The song was inspired by Psalm 77:14, a verse Austin and Lindsey learned to trust in as they prayed for God to heal some of the people closest to them.  It recognizes the One who brings hope and healing to our lives, "Maker of miracles, God of impossibles, Healer of all we thought was lost.  We claim authority over the enemy all by the power of the cross." These new songs on Austin & Lindsey Adamec are authentic and congregational and they present strong messages of hope and faith.  The EP is now available on iTunes - be sure to download your copy today!
