This EP captures the mission, heart, and worldwide movement of Planetshakers Church as it highlights the band's two sold-out events in Manila's Araneta Coliseum last August which were attended by 30,000 worshippers. The team writes, "Our prayer and heart's desire is to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God. One touch from God, one encounter, can change everything. In His presence there is peace, freedom, hope and restoration. This collection of songs were written and recorded over many months in Australia, Philippines and USA. We hope you are encouraged and drawn closer to the One who we seek to lift high above all else and bless, Jesus Christ, because when our eyes are on Him, everything comes into perspective as the things of this world become strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace."
The album's title track, "Momentum" was introduced and recorded live at the event. With a joyful EDM sound and all the energy that Planetshakers is known for, it rejoices in God's love and glory, lifting Him high and praising Him for all eternity, "Our God is moving and His love is unstoppable. So keep the party going, no stopping, caught up in the momentum." Full of pulsing dance beats and dynamic electronic sounds, studio recorded track "Come Right Now" shares the excitement and joy we feel worshipping in the presence of God. It invites the Spirit to move among us, "Come right now, Holy Spirit release Your power. Lord we are hungry for more of You. Heaven's open, You're bursting through filling this place like a rushing wind. Come and move again like a fire within. We will burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn, burn." "Face to Face" is a beautiful duet that captures the intimacy of the moment when we come before Jesus and surrender ourselves to Him, allowing His grace and love to wash over us. It expresses heartfelt adoration and a desire to be with Him in His presence as He shows us just how much He loves us.
