Last month, ICF Worship released their live worship album, Pouring Love, worldwide. The worship team, based out of ICF Zurich Church is connected with the churches in the ICF Movement, which is one of the largest church movements in the German speaking area of Europe, spanning 48 churches in Switzerland and beyond. They share that their music consists of "songs out of the heart of the local church with the goal to lead people into the presence of God."
People will love the energy in "Go," a great call to worship that expresses a willingness to follow where God leads. It proclaims our trust in His sovereignty, singing, "I will go wherever You lead me, wherever You want me. Your ways are higher than mine." "Pouring Love" is a passionate anthem that praises God for the way He covers us with His love, completely enveloping us. With strong beats and moving synths creating an intense overall sound, the chorus declares, "And You are pouring love, You're pouring love. I'm soaked within. My heart is filled. You are pouring love. More than enough, like a waterfall from above. You are pouring love." Inspired by the book of Job, "Higher" speaks of the greatness of God, declaring, "You're higher, higher, higher than the Heavens and Your love, Your love, deeper than the oceans. And Your word, Your word is true until the end so I'm holding on to You, the Author of life." Reminding us of just how awesome our God is and of all He can do, it is certain to become the heart's cry of worshippers everywhere.
