Highlands Worship is the Worship Ministry of Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, Alabama and it exists to connect people of their church to the heart of God through vibrant life-giving and relevant praise and worship.  The team's 2012 release, Place of Freedom, reaches people with the Good News of Jesus in the hopes that they might become fully devoted followers of Christ.  The album was recorded live at Church of the Highlands and contains original worship anthems that will resonate with worshippers as they exemplify the movement of an approachable, life-changing worship experience with God. "Arise" energetically calls for believers to bring God their full adoration and worship, singing Gloria and proclaiming His great love and mighty deeds, "Arise, arise and shout His glory. The time has come to sing of all He's done for us, His love for us. Arise, arise and shout His glory. The time has come to sing of all He's done for us, His love for us."  "Place of Freedom" is a gorgeous anthem that brings worshippers to the feet of Jesus, where they can find healing, forgiveness, and freedom.  With heartfelt adoration, it offers Him the highest praise, "I'm gonna lift my hands till I can reach heaven. I'm gonna shout Your name till the walls come falling down. I've come to worship, I've come to worship. I'm gonna sing my song like I am unashamed. I'm gonna shout for joy at the mention of Your name. I've come to worship. I've come to worship."  "Lift the Name" expresses a deep desire for the presence of God.  It invites the Holy Spirit to move in us and declares our praises all for Jesus' glory, "I will lift the name of Jesus high.  I will live my life for Him.  There is none who's loved me greater." These songs will make great additions to your worship services!  Check out all the songs from Place of Freedom today! Place of Freedom - Highlands Worship
