This week we are excited to feature North Coast's self-titled debut EP as our Indie Showcase. This release was produced by Andrew Polfer of Lovelite and features 5 new original songs that the worship team at North Coast Church has been leading at their multiple campuses throughout Southern California.
North Coast blends rock guitars, catchy pop hooks, and big vocals with powerful lyrics that are certain to resonate with worshippers. "Victory Is Yours" rejoices in the way Jesus has overcome, triumphing over death and freeing us from our sins. With great energy and a sense of celebration, it praises, "You offer us eternal life and more. Break apart the chains and knock down doors. You have overcome and won the war. Victory is Yours WOAH!" "Our Response" proclaims our trust in the One who has always proven faithful and is worthy of our devotion, singing, "We place our trust in the arms of the Father. Who has seen our past and carries tomorrow. You are all we need. Teach us how to honor You more." It truly emphasizes God's goodness as does the rousing anthem, "The Great God," which exalts the Father and declares our never-ending adoration and worship, "You are the Great God, forever greatly to be praised. More than a song we’re giving it all for Your great name. You are the great God."
