Brandon Lake | House of Miracles (Live)

Brandon Lake is a songwriter and worship leader with the Bethel Music Collective, known for his song “This Is A Move,” written with Tasha Cobbs — a song that won a 2019 GMA Dove Award for “Gospel Worship Recorded Song of the Year,” and was also nominated for a 2020 Grammy Award.

House of Miracles (Live) is much more than an album, it’s the prayer of his life. His prayer is that every home in the world would become a house of miracles. Every heart is a hosting place of the Spirit of God, intricately designed to experience miracles. Compiled of some of the best songs from the studio album as well as some new ones, these songs were written to be conduits of hope for every person who listens.

JUDAH. | You've Done the Rest

JUDAH. is unapologetically authentic and straightforward, ripping through the layers of stigma and discomfort. He comes with a fresh approach that reflects his personality and style of praise and worship through music.

His latest single "You've Done the Rest" featuring Jon Guerra proclaims that the extent of the work that God has done is infinite, and reminds believers of the freeing truth that all we have to do is simply come to the Father to receive his love, grace and mercy. All I do is come. You've done the rest.

Peter James | Philosophy of Worship

Without a doubt one of my favorite scriptures, especially in more recent years, has been Hebrews 11:16. More often than not it’s the verse I think about before spending time with God and before worship in a congregational setting. Whenever I feel like maybe what I’m doing is a waste of time or that I can’t connect with God I remember this verse:

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” - Hebrews? ?11:6? ?NIV??

At first glance the first part of this scripture can easily be taken the wrong way and misinterpreted.

“And without faith it is impossible to please God”

It might leave one with thoughts like “Well I don’t have much faith, so I guess I can’t really please God”. But that couldn’t be further from the truth! The writer of Hebrews gives the solution to the problem directly afterwards.

“...anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

The faith that we need to please God is simple. Believe that he exists. (That’s pretty easy) and he rewards ALL those that earnestly seek him. That’s it!

Our goal as worship leaders above all else should be to encourage people to seek God. Because we know that he rewards all those who earnestly seek him!
