Here are a few more pieces of gear that we saw at NAMM when we partnered with Sweetwater’s Worship Sound Pro to cover what gear matters most for Houses of Worship.
Reason
Reason 8 has some really incredible features. The new browser makes it easier then ever to find sounds and Rack Extensions makes finding new effects and presets more accessible then ever. Reason has always been a favorite of people interested in digging in and tweaking sounds and is jam packed full of lots of great sounds.
Westone
Using In-Ears is a must if you’re going to use MultiTracks live. You can’t go wrong if you’re using Westone In-Ears. They have a wide selection in ears, both in custom and universal fits across a range of prices. Their customer service is excellent too. We had a chance to check out the UM Pro 20s which are a great solution for many churches.
Airturn
If you use your iPad for Sheet Music and want to turn the pages with your feet, the Airturn is the perfect solution. It’s battery powered, connects over bluetooth, and can easily fit in your guitar case or bag when you’re done with it.
Alesis Sample Pad Pro
Drummers that are wanting to trigger MultiTracks from the kit should check out the Sample Pad Pro. It allows drummers to trigger tracks with their sticks. No need for them to stop playing-reach over to a computer. They can use the MIDI out feature of the Sample Pad to assign pads to Playback Pro or Ableton and trigger songs with their sticks.
IK Multimedia iRig Pads
The new iOS gear from IK Multimedia is a perfect fit for anyone using their iPad or iPhone on stage. The iKlip line of iOS holders offers solutions no matter how you're using your iPhone or iPad. The iRig Pads seems almost like it was made for Playback Pro! It’s the perfect size to MIDI map pads to Playback Pro and the controls are exactly what you need for Playback.
iKlip Stand / iKlip Xpand
