Since MultiTracks.com began in 2006, it’s been our desire to serve worship leaders in churches around the world spanning across language, region, and musical genre. Today marks a special chapter as we officially launch a new brand called MultiTracks Gospel, dedicated to serving the Gospel worship community.

As a part of this launch, Grammy Award-Winning producer Chris Baker joins our team as the Brand Manager for this division. Chris shares, “I’m super excited to partner with the MultiTracks.com team as Brand Manager for MultiTracks Gospel. I'm looking forward to providing an array of resources, training, and innovative ideas that are designed to equip and empower creatives and local churches.”

Regarding the launch of MultiTracks Gospel, Founder Phillip Edwards shares “We couldn’t be more excited to see Chris come on board to grow and develop a brand aimed at serving the Gospel Music community. Beyond the addition of new titles to MultiTracks.com, this channel will support the curation of Gospel music for our customers and we hope to see it become a place where Gospel music creators can share their works within our growing ecosystem of products for worship teams."

For the past 20 years, Chris Baker’s gift has been used to inspire and encourage people around the world. His focus has always been to promote musical excellence in the local church and the music industry at large. Chris Baker earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education with a concentration in classical performance and a Masters of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. With an arsenal of experience and instruction, Chris has been afforded the opportunity to share his gifts with people around the world in places such as Europe, Asia, South America, Australia, Canada, and Africa. Chris Baker has worked with a fascinating spectrum of artists and styles, including Marvin Sapp, Fred Hammond, Michelle Williams, Brian Courtney Wilson, Planetshakers, David & Nicole Binion, Israel Houghton, just to name a few. Chris has served as Music Director for Israel Houghton & NewBreed. He has also served as Music Director for Bishop TD Jakes Mega Fest Conference and the International Pastors & Leaders Conference. In 2016 Chris received a Grammy Award for Co-Producer of Israel Houghton’s album “Covered” Alive in Asia. In 2018 Chris was afforded the opportunity to collaborate with Mulitracks to produce a series of recordings for The Recording Collective. Chris, his wife Tina, and their children reside in Dallas Texas where they serve as Creative Directors for the Potters House of North Dallas.

Charts are now available for Hillsong Worship's album Take Heart (Again)!  Hillsong Worship has a 30 year legacy of carrying the ‘sound’ of Hillsong, as an expression of worship flowing from the heart and vision of the Church. There is a rich legacy of timeless confessions faith-filled anthems and declarations that will never expire or grow old. Take Heart (Again) is a timely project. All three worship expressions of Hillsong Church (Hillsong Worship, Hillsong United and Hillsong Young and Free) came together to prayerfully craft an offering of songs, critical confessions about God’s unrivaled Lordship, His surpassing peace, the stillness of his presence and the hope that none but Jesus can offer. "One of the things I love the most about getting out of the city and under a clear sky is the amount of stars you’re able to see when there’s no other outside light. It’s amazing how many more there are, and how much brighter they shine when it’s completely dark. They cover the sky. Sometimes it takes going deep into a darkness before you can see the beauty of light piercing through. Loneliness and difficult seasons can be like that. They hang over us like the unlit night, making us feel alone and afraid. But when we choose to look up, there is beauty to be found in those dark places. Beauty that can’t be seen in the bright daytime light, but only in the valley," shares Mack Brock explaining his heart behind his new song, "Your Presence Is A Promise". The duo’s first-ever, full-length studio Christmas album features Gabby Barrett on “Go Tell It On The Mountain,” and NEEDTOBREATHE on “O Come, O Come Emmanuel.”

“It all started on a dreary winter’s night in our American hometown of Nashville, TN. It was the end of 2012, the year the band began. We piled ourselves into an old factory - cellos, brass, bass, guitars and of course, a load of drums. We began to frantically rehearse and prepare for an incumbent Christmas tour that we frankly, due to the fact that we’d yet to release a Christmas album or song, had no right to embark on,” shares Joel and Luke Smallbone of for KING & COUNTRY.

“Yet,” the brothers continue, “From that shotgun rehearsal (where we insolently dreamt up our rendition of “Little Drummer Boy”) to today, the beauty, drama, and ultimately the miracle of Christmas has caught our musical imagination and therefore been laced into the DNA of the band. With this as the backdrop, coupled with all we face socially, politically and ethically across the globe, we felt it was the imperfectly perfect time for us to do our small part in telling the story of the redemption that Jesus’ birth offers to you, and to me.
